"Capiteli" was founded by Mr. Emzar Kiziria, Mr. Levan Kurtanidze, Mr. Zurab Okroshidze and Mr. Zurab Zurabishvili.

"Capiteli" founders and main specialists achieved high qualification in Georgian source institute "Sakkalakmshenproekti". They started working at "Sakkalakmshenproekti" in early 1970-ies. Since then they have designed a multitude of residential, holiday and public buildings in Tbilisi, regions close to the Black Sea, and different cities of Georgia..
"Capiteli" has employed and trained many talented young engineers since 2005. Most of these specialists are now experienced engineers of "Capiteli", and are continuing organization traditions successfully
"Capiteli" is one of the leading design and construction companies in Georgia. Through extensive years of providing professional services, "Capiteli" managed to establish its reputation on the market.
"Capiteli" together with creative entity "Catedrali" rehabilitated the field of designing churches, such as the "Holy Trinity Cathedral" in Tbilisi, "Zugdidi and Tsaishi Eparchy Cathedral" in Zugdidi, "Saint Mary`s Church" in Batumi, etc. "Saint Iveri`s Icon Cathedral" in Tbilisi Makhata hill is currently under construction.
Engineers of "Capiteli" together with Restorers and Company performed structural design of "Bagrati Cathedral" rehabilitation successfully it was very fundamental and complex design. "Capiteli" has also performed renovation-reinforcement design of "Ikalto Monastery", "Ateni`s Sioni" and others.
